Race Three, Silverstone

John George gained a place in the first lap, with a lap time of 1:18.296, just behind Vaulkhard as a result of Martin Bell losing control of his vehicle and slipping to 19th.

He retained his 14th place behind Vaulkhard for 11 laps, when Jelley managed to overtake him pushing him down into his starting position. John maintained this position for laps 12, 13 and 14, dropping to sixteenth during lap 15, behind M Jordan and Kane.

John gained another position when Jason Hughes’ MG went into the pits during lap 16, bringing him back to 15th place, where he stayed until the penultimate lap of the race when he gained another place, enabling him to finish in 14th.
